Is Pillonis, dal sardo "Su de is Pillonis", è la località che si trova lungo la strada Porto Pino (mare) - Sant'Anna Arresi (paese). E' diviso in due parti dall'incrocio con la strada proveniente da Carbonia/Sant'Antioco. Come tutti i "furriadroxius" o "medaus" di Sant'Anna Arresi, prende il nome dalla famiglia più rappresentativa che vi si insediò. Sono presenti due bar e un market.

La struttura originaria dell’edificio risale alla metà dell’800, completamente ristrutturato nel 2006, sono state, tuttavia, conservate le particolari forme esterne, con l’imponente facciata che riprende lo stile delle case padronali di quell’epoca. Annessa alla costruzione è ancora presente, l’originale “corte” con muri a secco e maestosi pilastri e travi di ginepro.
